You may also provide product preferences or non-secret context such as your operating system, application version, affected feature, asset, market pair, public wallet address, or public transaction identifier when a supported flow asks for it.

Do not enter or send a password, 2FA code, private key, recovery phrase, API key, or any other credential through the website or Support.

When the Services are delivered or protected, the website host, application infrastructure, security providers, or other technical providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, application version, language, requested pages or resources, timestamps, error reports, performance events, and security events.

This information may be used to load the correct experience, maintain compatibility, diagnose failures, protect the Services, and respond to misuse or security incidents.

If you interact with a function that uses a public blockchain, a public wallet address, transaction identifier, network, asset, amount, time, and status may be processed or displayed as needed for that function. Public blockchain records can remain visible through the relevant network, node, explorer, or data provider.

Graviex Wallet does not control public ledgers and generally cannot alter or erase information recorded on them.

The website uses local browser storage for essential preferences. graviex-essential-storage-consent records acceptance of the cookie notice. graviex-saved-markets stores market pairs saved in the browser. graviex-saved-btc-usdc may be read for backward compatibility with an earlier saved-market preference.

These values remain in the user's browser, are not advertising tracking, and can be removed through browser site-data settings. Clearing or blocking storage may reset consent and saved-market preferences.

The current on-page Support interaction captures the entered email address and message only in the active browser page. The current website does not transmit that interaction to a Support server. Closing or reloading the page resets the interaction.

Information may be used to provide and maintain the Services, show requested market or product context, remember essential preferences, support downloads, diagnose errors, protect users and the Services, respond to lawful requests, enforce applicable terms, and improve reliability and usability.

Essential browser storage is not used to build advertising profiles or track activity across unrelated websites.

Infrastructure, hosting, security, diagnostics, and market-data providers may process information necessary to perform their services. The BTC/USDC market experience currently requests public market data through the integrated provider. Data providers can receive ordinary network request information and apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, to protect users or the Services, to investigate suspected abuse, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. Graviex Wallet does not treat public market information or public blockchain records as private.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or the establishment and defense of legal claims. Retention periods can differ by information type and provider.

Essential browser-storage values remain on your device until you clear them or they are replaced. Graviex Wallet uses safeguards appropriate to the information and function involved, but no device, application, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing. Verification may be required before a request is completed.

The Services may rely on providers or infrastructure in countries with privacy rules different from those where you live. Where required, international processing is subject to safeguards recognized by applicable law.

The Services are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use digital-asset services where they live. They are not directed to children. If we learn that information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, appropriate steps will be taken.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Graviex Wallet website, desktop application, Markets, Trade, Farming, Investment, downloads, and related Support experience. By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and any additional notice presented for a specific function. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to accept these Terms, and be permitted to use the Services under applicable law. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

You are responsible for protecting your device and any password, 2FA method, private key, recovery phrase, API key, or other credential under your control. Graviex Wallet Support will not ask you to provide those credentials.

You are responsible for reviewing the destination, asset, network, market, order details, and other information associated with an instruction before confirming it. Notify Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or an instruction you did not authorize.

Graviex Wallet can present wallet balances and connect them with Markets, Trade, Farming, and Investment. Available account actions and real orders continue in the Graviex Wallet desktop application. The website does not itself represent that an account action, order, deposit, withdrawal, or blockchain transaction has been completed.

Availability can depend on the product area, asset, network, device, account state, maintenance, security requirements, and applicable law. No statement in these Terms confirms a private-key storage model, account-recovery workflow, or verification process that is not presented in the relevant product flow.

Markets can present trading pairs, prices, 24-hour movement, and market activity. Trade can present chart context, an order book, recent trades, balances, and order controls. Before submitting an order in Graviex Wallet, review the pair, order type, side, price, amount, total, and fee.

An order may execute in whole, in part, later, or not at all depending on its terms, liquidity, market conditions, maintenance, and applicable restrictions. A local preview or website value is not confirmation that an instruction was accepted or executed.

Digital assets can be volatile, illiquid, technically complex, or lose all value. Long-tail and lower-liquidity markets can have wide spreads, limited depth, rapid price movement, and difficulty entering or exiting a position.

The presence of a pair in Markets does not guarantee liquidity, execution availability, an executable price, or support for a particular blockchain network.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Network congestion, forks, protocol changes, validator or node failures, security events, asset changes, and third-party infrastructure can delay, reject, alter, or prevent an operation.

You are responsible for checking all details before authorizing an on-chain instruction. An incorrect address, asset, network, tag, memo, or amount can cause permanent loss.

Before a deposit or withdrawal, verify the asset, supported network, destination, tag or memo where required, amount, and fee. Sending an unsupported asset, selecting an incompatible network, or entering an incorrect destination can result in delay or permanent loss.

Availability, confirmations, minimums, fees, and completion times can vary by asset and network and may be affected by maintenance, congestion, security review, third-party infrastructure, or applicable restrictions.

Farming and Investment are distinct parts of the Graviex Wallet product. Their availability and terms can depend on the asset, product context, market conditions, liquidity, technical conditions, and applicable requirements.

No displayed rate, reward, product label, or projection guarantees returns, fixed rewards, liquidity, or future availability. Graviex Wallet does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Trading, withdrawal, network, product, or third-party fees may apply and may change. Review the fee and total presented in the relevant Graviex Wallet flow before confirming an instruction.

You are responsible for determining and meeting tax, reporting, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to your activity.

You may not use the Services to violate applicable law, evade lawful restrictions, manipulate markets, commit fraud, impersonate another person, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or compromise systems, interfere with operation, access another user's account or data, or exploit a vulnerability.

You may not use automation in a way that degrades the Services, bypasses access controls, misrepresents activity, or harms other users or third parties.

Subject to these Terms, Graviex Wallet, Inc. grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop software for its intended purpose. Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, copy protected components, bypass technical controls, or reverse engineer the software.

Updates may change features, compatibility, supported assets, system requirements, or security behavior. Obtain Graviex Wallet only through the Windows, macOS, or Linux download choices presented on the official website at https://graviexwallet.com/.

The BTC/USDC experience requests public data through the current market-data integration. Prices, charts, volume, order-book information, recent trades, token information, and other reference data may come from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Values shown on the website are not guaranteed executable prices. Networks, token projects, TradingView, Kraken, operating-system providers, market-data providers, infrastructure providers, and linked services operate independently under their own terms and may change or become unavailable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Graviex Wallet, Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, asset, or network, a particular execution result, liquidity, returns, or security without risk.

Mandatory warranties and consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Graviex Wallet, Inc. and its affiliates against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Graviex Wallet may suspend or restrict access to a hosted Service, account action, instruction, asset, market, or product function when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, compliance with applicable law, or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Services and these Terms may change as the product and applicable requirements evolve. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without permission. Graviex Wallet, Inc. may transfer them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the law that applies under mandatory legal rules. Nothing here selects a jurisdiction that has not otherwise been established or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

The current on-page Support interaction is local to the active browser page and does not submit a request to a server.

The Graviex Wallet name, logo, interface materials, product identity, product names, visual designs, and related brand assets belong to Graviex Wallet, Inc. or its licensors and may be protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws.

No license to use those assets is granted except with written permission or as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Names, symbols, and logos of tokens, blockchain networks, Windows, macOS, Linux, TradingView, Kraken, and other market-data or infrastructure providers belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance may identify compatibility, a data source, a network, an asset, or market context. It does not by itself imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or ownership by Graviex Wallet, Inc.

You may make truthful, plain-text references to Graviex Wallet, accurately describe compatibility, identify a market-data source, or publish an independent review where permitted by law.

Any reference must clearly identify who is speaking and must not suggest that independent content, software, services, or communications are issued, approved, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Graviex Wallet, Inc.

You may not impersonate Graviex Wallet, create a misleading affiliation, register confusingly similar domains or social accounts, distribute counterfeit applications or installers, operate fake Support channels, copy protected interface materials as branding, or alter, recolor, combine, distort, or otherwise modify the Graviex Wallet logo without permission.

Do not present modified branding, product screens, downloads, or communications as an official Graviex Wallet release. Use Graviex Support to report suspected impersonation or misleading use.
